Below we are re-posting a missive from Shikha Dalmia, editor of the UnPopulist Substack, laying out the agenda and making the case for the upcoming LibCon2026. LibCon is the “Liberalism for the 21st Century” conference. This year’s theme is the Reconstruction Coalition. That’s UnPopulist speak for what we at the Renovator would call the Renovation Coalition.
